Many apartments include large windows and beautiful views overlooking Cincinnati and the surrounding area, while select residences also feature a cozy fireplace for added comfort and charm.
All apartments are designed with accessibilit in mind and inclide handicap accessible bathrooms with walk-in showers and built in shower seating, providing both safety and convenience while supporting independent living.

Each of the many styles of apartments at Seven Acres Senior Living boast amazing views of the surrounding areas. The 7-story high-rise building offers views of the University of Cincinnati, many local hospitals and the Ohio river.

We help simplify everyday living by inclduing many essential services in one monthy fee. Residents enjoy three chef – prepared meals daily, all utilities, cable TV and wife. Allowing them to spend less time worrying about household expenses and more time enjoying life.
Shared lounges, kitchen areas, dining rooms, outdoor patio space, a coffee shop and laundry rooms are available for all independent residents to utilize. The building is secure with a gated entrance, which requires guests to check in at the front desk and promotes the ultimate safe environment.
